We repair most kitchen appliances, however we are unable to repair gas appliances.
We call out and repair the appliance on site. this covers most repairs but excludes parts. In the event of the repair being more expensive we would advise you before proceeding.
All repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of 3 months
Many problems experienced with TV and AV equipment are not faults but connection issues. Our call out will cover many of these problems. In the event of an item being faulty it would be brought in to our workshop for further investigation.
We will call out and investigate the problem you are experiencing. If the problem can be resolved within the first 30 minutes the call out cahrge will apply. For calls lasting in excess of 30 minutes a further charge applies
In the event that we are unable to resolve the problem on site and an item has to be returned to the workshop the collection and delivery charge applies instead of the call out charge.
If you wish to bring the item into our shop yourself, we take a £40.00 non-refundable inspection fee which would be deducted from the cost of the repair. If the repair will exceed £100 you will be advised before we proceed.
